Administrators can now customize the footer and description texts in the end user quarantine report (digest) and remove the section of the emails delivered to Junk.

When it comes to communication sent to end users, administrators often need to customize it so that it fits the language, tone and lingo of the organization.

Avanan already supports customizing many parts of the quarantine report (digest) that is sent to end users on a daily basis (admin guide link).

It now also allows adding a footer to the digest, as well as description text for the two main parts of the report – Quarantined emails and Emails sent to Junk.

To do that, go to User Interaction > Configuration > Send Daily Quarantine Report to End Users > Email subject and body.

In addition, some organizations prefer not to draw their users’ attention to the Junk/Spam folder.

For them, Harmony Email & Collaboration allows to completely remove the quarantine report section showing the emails delivered to the Junk folder.

To do that, go to User Interaction > Configuration > Send Daily Quarantine Report to End Users and uncheck the Include spam emails that are sent to the Junk folder box.
