The Quarantine section on the side menu is being renamed to User Interactions and includes a new configuration screen.

The User Interaction Configuration screen includes end-user-related configurations. The configurations were moved from several locations into a central place, making it easier to configure the different features in a single place.

The configurations include:

  • Notification emails - control the feedback emails to end-users when actions are performed following user requests; and whether to include header/footer to the emails (including portal logo).

  • Phishing reports - enable import of reports made by end-users using O365 Outlook.

  • Daily Quarantine Report (digest report) - enable the daily report to end-users.

 

The new configuration screen will be available starting October 4th, 2021.
