Avanan now supports a new workflow options in the Office 365 Email DLP policy, allowing the users to review and approve sending sensitive information encrypted.
The new workflow options include:

Email is blocked and user can request to resend as encrypted

The new options work as follows:

User sends an email.

Avanan SmartDLP engine detects some potential leak and stops the email (quarantine).

The user receives a notification email - informing of the blocked emails and asking the users for approval to send the email encrypted (including approval link).

When user decides to proceed - clicks on the approval link. Avanan releases the email and encrypts it (using Microsoft Encryption).
