Avanan MSP Portal allows Manages Service Providers to manage their customer tenants. The portal allows to manage their customers portal life-cycle - creation, trial phase, and licensing.
MSP Portal now allows to receive notifications when a tenant state changes from 'trial' to 'paid'. For Top-Level MSP (an MSP providing services for other MSPs), it is possible to receive notifications when one of the child-MSPs converts one of their tenants to be paid. These notifications can be used to initiate business processes, as well as correctly update the billing processes.
