Avanan MSP Portal now supports periodic export of usage data.
The Avanan MSP Portal can now send the Billing (Usage) information periodically. The data can be sent via email on daily or weekly basis, containing all the usage information for all the tenants as a CSV-formatted attachment.
The usage information export allows admins to automatically process the exported data, instead of going into the MSP Portal and export the data.
To schedule the usage data report, go to the MSP Portal > Usage Data, and click on the Schedule Report. In the opened dialog, specify the recipients and the desired scheduling - daily or weekly, as well as the time zone.
