The Avanan MSP Portal now includes a dedicated view of all actions performed by MSP usersThe day-to-day of MSP help desk users and administrators is divided between customer portals – restoring emails from quarantine, managing policy, acting on reported phishing emails etc. – and the MSP Portal - onboarding new customers, assigning licenses and more.
Up until now, customer portal actions were fully audited from the portal itself and the audit trail of actions in the MSP Portal could only be exported on demand by Avanan support. This is no longer the case.
The Avanan MSP Portal now includes a dedicated section with full audit of every action performed in the MSP Portal by privileged users. These logs can be filtered through and exported for investigation and compliance use cases.
Note – this feature is being deployed gradually. You should see it in your MSP Portal during this week.
