Mail Explorer and Blocklist rules now allows to match partial URLs

URL search in email body can now match also part of the URL.

Partial URL match is supported in Mail Explorer and Blocklist rules.

For example: searching for http://some-domain.com will also match http://some-domain.com/uri-parameters.

Previously, only exact match was supported. With this improvement it is possible to match URLs entire malicious domains, ignore changing parameters, and more.
